Our standard delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Nationwide (Pakistan): 3–6 working days
  • International Orders: 7–10 working days

  • Delivery charges vary depending on product weight, size, and delivery location.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • For international orders, any customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchange / Return Policy

At WardrobeZaar, your satisfaction is our priority.

Exchanges/returns are accepted only for items in unused, saleable condition with the original packaging and purchase receipt.

We accept exchanges/returns in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Wrong size shipped

Please note:

  • Product colors may vary slightly due to screen resolution or lighting.
  • Product descriptions clearly mention all included pieces or patches.
  • Exchanges for the same item are free (subject to availability).
  • If exchanging for a different item, any price difference will be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Verified product defects

When approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–14 working days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to reflect.

Please note:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are non-refundable, but may be eligible for exchange.
