Order Processing & Delivery

Pakistan (Local Orders): Please allow 2 working days to prepare all orders placed Monday to Friday.

International Orders: Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days, depending on your location.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, temporary delays may occur.

For orders placed through online payment systems, a fraud status check is conducted by our payment processor. Once cleared, the order will be processed further.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be collected at your shipping address. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking information (please check your junk/spam folder as well).

Shipping & Customs Duties

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen resolution.

Shipping charges are based on the destination, size, and weight of your order. For international deliveries, any customs duties or taxes applicable by the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellations

  • Online paid orders: If the fraud status check fails, the order will be canceled automatically.
  • COD orders: If not confirmed within 7 days of placement, the order will be canceled.
  • WardrobeZaar may also cancel orders in case of out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or technical issues.
  • Customers can request cancellations anytime before the order is processed.

Exchange / Refund Policy

Currently, WardrobeZaar does not offer exchanges or refunds for international orders. We encourage all buyers to carefully review product details and descriptions before making a purchase.

For local orders, exchanges may be considered only in case of defective or incorrect items delivered. Please note that items must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 2 days of delivery.
